THE STAR TUGS ON TOUR

IN BRIGHTON!

On the 20th to 22nd February 2015, we paid a visit to the south coast, in the form of Brighton Modelworld, a huge modelling event right on the seafront in the Brighton Centre!

This was a departure from our usual even format in that we weren't in a family outdoor event, instead we were part of a very specific modelling event, and it was HUGE. The tugs proved to be a huge hit with the visitors and exhibitors alike, and the event proved to be a huge success for us!

10 Tugs made the lon journey south for this event and set up ready to meet their public!

Our usual display of faces and video display also formed part of the exhibit.

We were honoured to be visited by some very special guests, notably Producer Chris Tulloch and Jeremy King pictured above, one of the original model makers from TUGs...

...We also got a visit from Brian Mount, the "B" in DBP models, the company that made all of the Tugs models and set models!

We got some lovely gifts from our visitors including a new facemask for Zorran, keep your eyes out for news on that one!

Even the red ranger stopped by to meet the tugs and pose for photographs with the kids!

Max Davies brought along his Star Pier and Z Stacks HQ, some fantastic examples of the wonderful fan projects that get brought to our events!

Hercules even got to pose with a massive Lego Queen Mary model! Bizzarly they are both in approximate scale with each other!

We returned to Brighton for the 2016 Brighton Modelworld show, Check the event page!

WHEN WILL WE BE BACK?
